Located in Knightsbridge, London, this new Chaiiwala store was delivered as a full strip-out and fast-track fit-out programme, completed within just four weeks to meet the client’s Christmas opening deadline.
Delivered ahead of the busy festive trading period, the project required detailed programme management, close coordination of multiple trades, and careful logistical planning to achieve completion within a demanding timeframe. The Knightsbridge location presented significant access challenges, with surrounding red routes restricting loading and unloading activities, limited parking availability, and minimal space for material storage. To overcome these constraints, deliveries were carefully scheduled and coordinated, ensuring materials, plant and labour were available on site when required whilst maintaining progress and minimising disruption to the surrounding area.
