Full Refurbishment Project – 7 weeks
Located on Manchester’s iconic Deansgate, this project involved the refurbishment and fit-out of a luxury dessert restaurant within a prominent city-centre location.
Works included a full strip out, complete electrical and plumbing installations, flooring, wall panelling, bespoke seating, casework, decorative lighting, and the full fit-out of both front and back-of-house areas. A key feature of the project was the bespoke ceiling lighting installation, which was designed, manufactured, and assembled within NTG Solutions’ own joinery workshop before being installed on site, alongside the construction of a striking illuminated staircase feature.
The fit-out covered both the ground and first floors, including prep kitchen, storage, and service areas, with multiple trades operating simultaneously throughout the 7-week programme. Careful coordination and programme management were required to ensure all works were delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to a consistent standard throughout.
The completed refurbishment transformed the vacant unit into a modern multi-storey hospitality venue, combining bespoke feature installations with practical back-of-house functionality across all areas of the build.
