Located in the heart of Milton Keynes Shopping Centre, Smoke & Pepper is a vibrant new dining space situated in the city’s main shopping centre.

This project involved a full refurbishment of a corner unit previously occupied by Michael Kors, completed over the course of a 7-week fit-out.

The venue spans multiple storeys, with staff facilities and stock areas located on the upper floor, while a fully equipped commercial kitchen at the rear of the ground floor supports the contemporary urban-style dining space at the front.

Our team delivered the complete fit-out and refurbishment works, including bespoke joinery, feature lighting, extraction, and the installation of all finishes throughout the space. Working within a live shopping centre environment, the project required careful planning, coordination, and programme management to successfully deliver the client’s vision within the 7-week timeframe. We also worked closely with the shopping centre management team to ensure all permits, access requirements, and site procedures were managed efficiently and in line with centre policies.
